As a group of schools, we are passionate about supporting and challenging each other.  With finite resources and changes to local authority funded support, schools are increasingly coming together to help each other  - for the benefit of all of the children of Norfolk.

In order to share strengths and areas for development, enable leaders to plan strategically for school improvement.  We have created a culture within our current group of schools, that helps us to be open and honest with each other, leading to the sharing of effective educational practice. Leaders at all levels have been engaged in workshops and activities.
