Just over 30 minutes of picturesque driving from Norwich and Great Yarmouth (travelling in the opposite direction to most cars!) is The Coastal Federation – an established federation of three schools and SRB (SEMH) located along the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. Mundesley Infant School and Mundesley Junior School share the same site and Bacton Primary School is just 3 miles away. We have a good mixture of levels of teaching experience across the Federation of schools who work closely together to improve outcomes for our young people.
Not only will you be joining a dedicated and hardworking team at either Mundesley Infant or Junior School, you’ll be collaborating with a wider team of around 160 staff in total, across the six schools, working together and striving to deliver the very best education for our local communities.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about primary education
- Dedicated to changing children’s life chances
- Able to work creatively, innovatively and develop pupils’ self-belief
- Able to work flexibly and dynamically
- Committed to listening to children and responding to their individual needs.
- Reflective, with a desire to adapt and innovate their practice as necessary.
